Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variance

• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statement
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting and revenue recognition
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Improve technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls
• Monitor & control the expenditures against approved budget.
• Additional controller duties as necessary
• Responsible for all financial tasks & employees in the department & responsible for all written or electronic data & all documents in the financial department
• Prepare & review all tax return like profit tax, VAT tax, payroll tax etc. to deliver them on time with full responsibilities of any delay & its consequences.
• Follow up the debit balance monthly or periodically, follow up & ensure that the payment of theses debits have been covered on time to avoid the penalties & have full responsibility in case of delay any payments.
• Execute the orders or financial guidance in financial & banking handling.
• Follow up the payable & receivable accounts; to ensure paying all company debits & collect all receivables thorough cash or bank transfer, count all receivable & payables transactions & take actions to cover the gaps & reach the best results with no delay.
• Follow up the annual count for all needed departments & responsible for preparing the count committees, receive the count reports & apply corrective actions with any deviations in the count report if extras or shortages

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are highly preferred.
• Not Less than 15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry including at least 5 years in the same position or managerial level.
• Strong experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Experience dealing with pricing, tenders, and cost optimization.
• Solid understanding of GMP impact on financial controls.
• Advanced financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Hands-on SAP (FI/CO) is a must .
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacture industry is preferred.
