Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting for all outlets.
  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances; provide actionable insights.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor budget adherence and recommend corrective actions.
  • Forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows specific to F&B operations.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

  • Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs to maintain profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures and monitor wastage/spoilage.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and procurement reporting.

Compliance & Internal Controls

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Strategic Planning Support

  • Provide financial insights to support expansion, investment, or cost-saving initiatives.
  • Evaluate new projects, menu pricing, or marketing campaigns from a financial perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.

Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost structures, and reporting systems.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
