*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Financial Strategy:* Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Getting Syndicated and Multilateral Funding is key responsibility.

2. *Financial Planning & Analysis:* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.

3. *Financial Reporting:* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the executive Management, board of directors, and external stakeholders. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.

4. *Risk Management:* Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage financial compliance and regulatory requirements.

5. *Capital Management:* Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize financial resources.

6. *Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):* Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration of acquired entities.

7. *Cost Management:* Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize operational expenses.

8. *Tax Planning:* Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

9. *Treasury Management:* Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and banking functions and top order relationships.

10. *Team Leadership:* Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
