Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Within the regional finance department, you will organize, establish and control the financial management data of six subsidiaries.
You will be amen:
- Organize the management control activities of subsidiary teams:
- - Structure and streamline processes within the framework of monthly closing procedures
- - Facilitate the closing activities and plan the activities
- - Collect and analyze subsidiary data (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) and propose corrective actions
- - Monitor the financial performance of projects, in close collaboration with the operational team.
- - Enter the monthly reporting data into the Group's reporting tool
- - Prepare financial presentations for the division's management, in compliance with the Group's procedures and schedule.
Participating in the various accounting tasks:
- - Monitor provisions (FNP, CCA, FAE, PCA), control and justify closing accounts, reconcile accounts (intercompany, balances), control balance sheet accounts.
- - Participate in the review of the company accounts, in the statutory audit missions, and in the preparation of the Group's quarterly consolidated accounts in accordance with international standards.
In conjunction with the financial management of the subsidiary and the Group, participate in and coordinate the projects to structure the regional financial management:
- - Evolution of ERP
- - Implementation of new tools (time tracking, web banking, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
With a Bac + 5 degree specializing in finance, you have at least 7 years of experience in management control in the services sector and wish to work in an international environment.
As an Excel expert, you are capable of developing complex tables for data management and tracking.
You are proficient in management ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Fluent professional English, to communicate with your contacts in foreign subsidiaries.
Organized, versatile and with an autonomous temperament, your interpersonal skills, team spirit, teaching ability and diplomacy will be assets for successfully completing your missions.
