Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Organize the management control activities of the subsidiary teams:
- Structure and streamline processes for monthly closings
- Lead closing activities and plan related tasks
- Collect and analyze subsidiary data (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) and propose
corrective actions
- Monitor the financial performance of projects, working closely with the operational team
- Enter monthly reporting data into the Group's reporting tool
- Prepare financial presentations for division management, adhering to
Group procedures and schedules.
Participate in various accounting tasks:
- Monitor provisions (accrued expenses, accrued income, deferred revenue, accruals), review and justify closing accounts,
reconcile accounts (intercompany transactions, trial balances), and verify balance sheet accounts.
- Participate in the review of statutory accounts, statutory audit engagements, and the preparation of
the Group's quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
In conjunction with the subsidiary's and Group's finance departments, participate in and coordinate projects to
structure the regional finance department:
- ERP system upgrades
- Implementation of new tools (time tracking, web banking, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in finance, you have at least 7 years
of experience in management control within the service sector and wish to work in an
international environment.
An Excel expert, you are capable of developing complex management and data tracking spreadsheets.
You are proficient in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Fluent professional English is required to communicate with contacts in foreign subsidiaries.
Organized, versatile, and self-reliant, your interpersonal skills, team spirit,
teaching ability, and diplomacy will be key assets for success in your role.
