Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all accounting activities including month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Tax reports.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulations.
Prepare budgets and monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
Optimize revenue and drive cost control and operational efficiency.
Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital.
Supervise ERP system operations to maintain data integrity.
Lead finance team on site and closely coordinate with commercial managers and head office finance team.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks,
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Education -- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred
Experience-
15+ years of professional finance and accounting experience
Proven background in shopping malls and hospitality sector
Prior UAE work experience is preferred
Languages
Fluent in Arabic, English and French (Mandatory)
