Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our company s financial operations and ensure sound financial management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, contributing to the organization s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize cost-efficiency.

• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.

• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in financial management, preferably as a Financial Controller.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

• Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus).

• Tools: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Attributes: Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
