Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Financial Controller, you ll take ownership of all financial operations, including month-end close, statutory reporting, and compliance. You ll work closely with the CFO to ensure financial integrity, manage external audits, and oversee day-to-day accounting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Preparing accurate financial statements in line with IFRS
- Managing internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance
- Supervising the AP/AR, GL, and fixed asset functions
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions
- Managing and developing a small finance team
Desired Candidate Profile
7 to 12 years of experience in financial control or audit
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial systems
Experience leading accounting teams in a dynamic environment
Ideally qualified (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong organisational and communication skills
