Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six finance professionals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Strengthen and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage group reporting processes and support strategic financial decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvements across finance operations and reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACA or ACCA professional.
  • Strong background in audit, preferably with Big 4 experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, technical accounting, and financial reporting skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting standards.
  • Experience with financial reporting and group consolidation.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, corporate finance, and financial governance.

Desired Candidate Profile
