Financial Controller - Real Estate I Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the full finance and accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in coordination with senior management and project teams.
• Monitor project profitability, cost control, revenue recognition, work-in-progress, and cash flow across real estate or contracting projects.
• Ensure accurate project accounting, including contract costs, subcontractor payments, retention, variation orders, and progress billing.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, zakat/VAT, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Provide financial analysis, management reports, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Review and improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support senior management with feasibility studies, investment analysis, and project financial assessments.
