Roles & Responsibilities

Financial management and performance control:

Ensure the management of the P&L and general and administrative expenses, as well as the monitoring of cash flows at the project level.
Ensure the accuracy of WIP (Work In Progress) valuations and year-end provisions in accordance with IFRS standards and group policies.
Analyze budget variances, calculate year-end provisions and prepare reliable financial reports for the consolidation and reconciliation of subsidiary data.

Audit and compliance supervision:

Implement and monitor the internal control systems defined by the group, adapting local controls to the specificities of the regional entities.
Supervise internal audit missions and ensure compliance of financial practices with local legislation and internal policies.
Maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and SHERQ practices.

Budget management and financial planning:

develop budgets and business plans according to the strategic directions of the shareholders and the general management.
D Develop project-level financing plans and monitor cash flow requirements for each project.
Analyze and report variances against budget, in close collaboration with project managers and the CFO.

Leadership and team management:

To lead and supervise local finance teams, ensuring their training and skills development.
To manage the implementation of new financial management tools, such as ERP and reporting tools, in order to guarantee the reliability of financial information and its timely availability.
Promote a culture of rigor, anticipation and proactivity across all teams and financial processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree in management, finance-accounting, management control or auditing.

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial control, with significant experience in auditing and financial project management.
In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax standards and business legislation, particularly in the areas of tax auditing and management control.
Skills in managing multicultural teams and implementing internal control processes.
My mastery of accounting software and ERP tools.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
