Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for COLD Ice Factory.



Responsible for monitoring, ensuring the correct application of data, managing price lists in coordination with the Sales team, and generating financial reports.




Perform duties in accordance with COLD Ice factory's policies and procedures.


Duties And Responsibilities

On Data Control


- Review the data balance daily on System to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting entries while meeting reporting deadlines


- Investigate discrepancies and/or errors, coordinate with the accounting team to implement corrections, and liaise with concerned departments to prevent recurrence


- Maintain a log of recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency




On Data Center Management


- Verify the effective recording of transactions under the correct entry in compliance with internal policies


- Follow up with concerned departments to adjust misallocations promptly and provide guidance on correct coding practices




On Price List Administration


- Maintain and update price lists on all


- Liaise with the Sales team regarding on factors affecting pricing



On Data Reporting


- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and internal deadlines


- Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed




On Support


- Support data-related activities during the absence of the data Analyst, ensuring smooth continuity in daily operations


Education And Experience

Education

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/Economics


And /Or


Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, data management, or controlling roles


- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools are a plus
