Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations and controls
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support strategic decisions
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes
Supervise and guide finance team members to ensure performance alignment
Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
Provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting capabilities
Solid understanding of financial compliance and audit processes
Cash flow management expertise
Leadership and team supervision skills
Credit course certification is mandatory
Preference for candidates with CIB credit course certification
Background in the finance sector is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
