Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial management strategies to achieve the organization's financial and organizational objectives.
• Manage financing operations, including analyzing and guiding investment policies and internal and external financing.
• Develop and update operating and capital budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage costs.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to executive management and shareholders.
• Providing financial guidance and advice to executive management in strategic decision-making.
• Managing financial relationships with banks and other external parties.
• Ensuring compliance with financial legislation, accounting regulations, and tax laws.
• Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement internal control procedures and ensure their proper adherence.
• Guide and train the finance team and develop their skills.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures and expenses, and identify discrepancies between projections and actual figures.
• Develop short-term cash flow plans and assist in developing the organization's long-term strategic plans.
• Participating in committee work and meetings related to the areas of financial management.
• Participating in the preparation of the estimated budget and coordinating controls on essential expenditures and other expenses, and studying any positive and negative variances resulting from comparing actual expenditures with the estimated budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial management or a related field.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a managerial or mid-senior career level.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in managing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
