Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Director


The Administrative and Financial Director is responsible for the overall management of the company's finances, ensuring financial health, operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.

This role also oversees the purchasing department to ensure that all acquisitions necessary for the group's operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group's objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis and budget development.
  • Monitor financial performance through analysis of financial reports and statements.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity management and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax and legal regulations.

2. Financial Control and Reporting:

  • Generate and present detailed financial reports to senior management and the group.
  • Ensure that all accounting and financial information is prepared in a timely manner to keep the Control Department's reports up to date, and monitor their reliability once received.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with standards.

3. Purchasing Management:

  • Oversee the purchasing department, ensuring that all acquisitions are efficient, economical and in compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships with them to optimize costs and ensure a continuous supply of goods and services necessary for operations.
  • Implement and monitor purchasing policies, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Internal Control:

  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax and financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain adequate internal controls to protect company assets and minimize risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and finance.
  • Analytical, leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a double hierarchical and functional dependency.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., ERP, advanced Excel).
