Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the company's finances and cash flow
  • To take into account any risk that may compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and to implement appropriate actions in response to risks and opportunities that have an impact on compliance with requirements and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken;
  • Keep a close eye on cash receipts and disbursements and regularly and systematically check with the bank on the actual movements of funds (receipts, expenses).
  • Prepare periodic cash flow statements and detect any risk of imbalance,
  • Participate in the development of the financing plan
  • Check payment requests and files
  • Prepare the payment orders
  • Check the till regularly and countersign the till report with the cashier.
  • Participate in the development and updating of financial and accounting management procedures.
  • Participate, under the supervision of the Head of Department, in all financial studies (financial diagnosis), technical and economic studies concerning investments initiated by the company.
  • Perform any mission or task related to his/her job position and in line with his/her skills and abilities within the organized framework, and not expressly described in this job description.

In terms of QHSE:

  • Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures (including Projects)
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and rules (dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Report any observation of anomaly, malfunction or failure that may have a negative impact on the Quality of services / Products, the health and safety of workers, or on the Environment.
  • Propose, if necessary, actions and measures (corrective / preventive).
  • Raising awareness of the process approach and the risk-based approach

Desired Candidate Profile

General education: Bachelor's degree in Financial/Commercial Sciences,

Professional training: Master's degree in management (Finance option)

Professional experience: 3 years
