Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and compliance of financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss accounts) by supervising the entirety of the company's accounting and tax maintenance, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial flows, optimizing working capital requirements (WCR) and ensuring relationships with suppliers, customers, banking partners and the auditor.
- Develop and monitor the annual budgeting process, providing variance analyses and closing forecasts to guide strategic decisions by senior management.
- To supervise and develop the skills of the accounting and finance teams, while ensuring the modernization of processes (digitalization, automation) and the security of internal control.
- Possibility of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Mastery of labor law regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Rigor.
- A sense of dialogue and listening.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Mastery of office tools and Human Resources Management software.
- Interpersonal skills, communication and critical thinking.
- Good ability to act.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possibility of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Specialized University Diploma in administration/personnel management.
