Oversee all financial operations related to real estate development, construction, and investment projects.

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure financial targets are met.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate financial tracking of project milestones.

• 15-2 0years of proven experience in financial management, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial operations, investment analysis, and project accounting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work onsite as required.
