Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations related to real estate development, construction, and investment projects.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate financial tracking of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- 15-2 0years of proven experience in financial management, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial operations, investment analysis, and project accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work onsite as required.
