Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and support business growth.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
