Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15-20 years of proven experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite plus ERP Systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector is a plus.
