Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with the company s objectives.
  2. Prepare annual budgets, monitor adherence, and analyze variances.
  3. Identify financial risks (interest rates, currency fluctuations, investments) and implement risk mitigation policies.
  4. Oversee liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
  5. Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and financial analysis teams.
  6. Monitor key financial performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  7. Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making and long-term strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting at least 5 years in a senior or managerial financial role.

Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Experience in dealing with banks, investors, and financing operations.
