Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy aligned with organizational objectives and drive overall financial performance.
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models for project finance, investment analysis, and decision-making.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements.
  • Support project financing activities including debt structuring, financial closing, and lender compliance.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit processes.
  • Lead ERP implementation and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor cash flow and budget performance to ensure financial efficiency and stability.
  • Maintain effective relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and other key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 15 20 years of experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure/project finance.
  • Strong experience in project finance, including financial modeling and financial close processes.
  • Expertise in treasury management and banking instruments (LCs, bank guarantees).
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, VBA/macros required).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
