Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead a team on an onsite project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure financial stability.
  • Lead and supervise finance teams, providing guidance and training.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- Min 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a management role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with financial planning and analysis

- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur)
