Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Modeler to develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that support our business decisions and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, expertise in financial modeling, and the capability to communicate complex financial data effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data required for modeling.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously improve existing models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against benchmarks and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus).
• Proven experience (X+ years) in financial modeling, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
