Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis and key insights
  • Build and maintain integrated financial models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Monitor performance against strategic objectives and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Develop and review financial models to support investment decisions
  • Contribute to valuation work across new opportunities and existing portfolio assets
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Assist with capital allocation and transaction-related activities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights
  • Evaluate business cases, new initiatives, and market opportunities
  • Support preparation of materials for senior management and internal committees
  • Collaborate with investment, strategy, and operational teams
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction-related roles
  • Background within financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management, or consulting preferred)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CPA) is advantageous
