Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company s apartment rental services.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure optimal financial health and liquidity.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits and compliance requirements.
  • Manage payroll, tax filings, and other statutory financial obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in financial processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, especially in a remote (home-based) work environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
