Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy turning numbers into strategies, and want to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Deliver accurate financial analysis, variance reports, and performance insights to support senior management decisions.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategies, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and present management reporting packs for leadership.
- Support strategic projects such as fundraising and new market entry with financial insights.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in fast-growing startups or dynamic environments preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling & Excel skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Certifications: CFA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
- Traits: Proactive, adaptable, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and a strategic mindset.
