Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and business opportunities.

Assist in setting schedules for projects or development activities and managing the flow of required materials.

Develop financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.

Prepare and deliver financial reports in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Prepare, monitor, and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and ERP system reports (Odoo).

Review budget requests for approval on the ERP system (Odoo) when required.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of financial reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.

Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary financial documentation.

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting.

3 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar role.

Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage.

Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
