Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Provide data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Analyze and report on key financial metrics, trends, and business performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Evaluate and optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to support company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master s or CPA/CFA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in the software development or technology industry is a plus.
