Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Produce regular management accounts with appropriate analysis and commentary on key drivers of results.
  • Provide insights on business performance, including risks and opportunities for company KPIs
  • Design new processes and procedures for new stations opening and constantly enhance existing ones through innovation.
  • Support strategic planning and investment decisions through financial insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in risk assessment and scenario planning for market fluctuations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).

  • 3 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in oil & gas or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
