Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis: profitability, variance analysis, cost trends.
Support project teams with project budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial performance dashboards.
Track actual vs. budget and provide corrective recommendations.
Review project contracts to assess financial obligations and cost impact.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards & tax regulations.
Improve budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes./p>

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting, preferably in construction.
Strong understanding of project accounting & cost control.
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP ).
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong analytical & presentation skills.
Excellent communication in English & Arabic.

Desired Candidate Profile
