Roles & Responsibilities


Your mission

Reporting to regional management, you actively participate in the financial performance of a multi-country perimeter, in conjunction with the group's subsidiaries and teams.

1. Supervision of regional performance

  • Monitor the financial results of the entities within the scope

  • Analyze variances from budget and previous year

  • Propose corrective action plans

  • Track group costs

2. Consolidation et reporting

  • Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries.

  • Prepare business review materials for regional and group management.

3. Planification budg taire & forecasting

  • Participate in the development of multi-year strategic plans.

  • Carry out budget revisions.

  • develop budgets related to group costs .

4. Optimization of financial processes

  • Identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

  • Ensure the efficiency, consistency and reliability of financial practices.

5. Coordination & role of business partner

  • Work closely with local and regional finance teams.

  • Provide analytical and strategic support to management.

  • Produce clear and structured analyses to facilitate decision-making.

The profile id of

You are a graduate of a business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance, management control or auditing.

You have significant experience in FP&A , management control or in an audit firm (Big 4 type), with strong exposure to the international or multi-entity environment.

Comp tences techniques

  • Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, consolidation and reporting.

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel / Power BI / ERP tools (SAP appreciated).

  • Ability to structure processes and produce reliable deliverables on time.

Human skills

  • Spirit of synthesis and rigor.

  • Good interpersonal skills and sense of coordination.

  • Strong business orientation and ability to challenge interlocutors.

  • Fluent English required; fluency in French is a major asset.
