Financial Professional GluCare

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, journals, and financial statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

Budgeting & Analysis:

• Support in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget deviations
• Offer insights and suggestions to optimize costs and improve efficiency

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate posting of transactions

Tax & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing returns and maintaining accurate tax records
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparation
• Maintain financial records in accordance with local regulatory and internal policy standards

Systems & Software:

• Utilize accounting software to manage records and generate reports
• Ensure data integrity across finance systems
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities where possible
