Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed financial models to forecast company performance, supporting investment recommendations with quantitative data.
  • Collect and synthesize relevant market research to provide insights on competitive positioning and industry developments.

  • Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes, assessing their potential effects on targeted sectors and investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to conduct quantitative analysis, enhancing the accuracy of financial predictions.
  • Engage with company management teams and industry experts to gather qualitative insights that complement quantitative research.

  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing insights from financial conferences, webinars, and continuing education opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or research within an investment firm or financial institution.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification or equivalent is highly desirable, showcasing commitment to the profession.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and market dynamics specific to the industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software such as Excel, Bloomberg, or FactSet for data manipulation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous in a global market context.
