Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform finishing operations (hems, topstitching, adjustments)
- Check the quality of the parts before packaging (sewing, finishing, cleanliness)
- Pack the products according to the company's standards and procedures
- label and prepare products for shipping or storage
- Follow the safety and hygiene instructions at the workstation
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Report any non-conformity or technical problem to the manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Secondary level or vocational training in textiles or sewing
- Desired experience in textile production, finishing or packaging
- A sense of precision and organization
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Speed and rigor in the execution of tasks
