Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all architectural finishing works on site

  • Ensure execution meets high-end quality standards and design intent
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and craftsmen
  • Oversee and control detailed finishing works across all trades, including Marble and Stone, Flooring Systems, Drywall and Ceilings, Joinery and Custom Woodwork, Aluminum and Glazing Works, Architectural Metal Works, Painting and Specialty Finishes, External Finishes and Fa ade Systems, FF&E, and Doors and Ironmongery.
  • Ensure strict control of tolerances, levels, and alignment across all finishing works
  • Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
  • Coordinate and supervise FF&E installation and integration with architectural and MEP works
  • Proactively monitor works from early execution stages, ensuring correct methods and workmanship are applied from the start
  • Identify potential issues early and guide subcontractors toward proper execution
  • Ensure proper step-by-step execution, not only final appearance
  • Take corrective actions on-site and resolve issues without delaying progress

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finishing works (contractor-side preferred)

Proven experience in high-end / luxury projects, particularly private villas, palaces, and hotels.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and execution techniques

Experience in FF&E coordination and installation

Strong site presence and ability to manage subcontractors

Hands-on professional with strong site-driven mindset

Ability to detect problems early and prevent defects before they occur

Confident in dealing with subcontractors and craftsmen

Capable of guiding execution, not just inspecting results

Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and finishing standards
