Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute precise installation of trim work, moldings, and cabinetry, ensuring alignment with architectural specifications and design intent.
- Measure and cut materials with exceptional accuracy, utilizing advanced tools to achieve flawless finishes.
- Collaborate closely with architects and builders to interpret blueprints and project plans, contributing to effective problem-solving on-site.
- Perform finishing touches such as sanding, staining, and painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of woodwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED; additional vocational training in carpentry is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing carpentry or related fields, showcasing a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, with a keen eye for detail and design nuances.
- Ability to operate various carpentry tools and equipment safely, including saws, drills, and sanders.
