Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly install intricate crown molding, baseboards, and wainscoting, transforming spaces with precision and flair.
- Meticulously fit and assemble doors, windows, and custom cabinetry, ensuring seamless integration and flawless operation.
- Precisely cut, shape, and install trim and molding, paying close attention to detail and achieving a perfect finish.
- Skillfully repair and restore existing woodwork, bringing damaged elements back to their original beauty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic carpentry principles.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in carpentry, showcasing a commitment to the trade.
- Possession of a Journeyman Carpenter certification, validating a recognized level of expertise.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finishing carpentry, demonstrating proven practical skills.
