Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the achievement of the project objectives.
  • Define and clarify the project scope.
  • Implements the project plan and schedule
  • Set and monitors the team direction and daily tasks
  • Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
  • Ensures project is on course as per contractual obligations and project specifications
  • Monitors cost, time and quality
  • Ensures progress is recorded, circulated and corrective action is taken as deemed necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - preferably Architecture
  • Proven experience over 5+years in high-end residential projects - finishes & fit out
  • Proven work experience as a project manager.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic language
