Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating all finishing works on site

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

  • Conduct quality inspections for finishing materials and workmanship

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of works

  • Prepare daily progress reports and update senior engineers on site status

  • Identify and follow up on snagging items until completion

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on site

  • Assist in material requests and quantity verification for finishing works

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering

  • 4–6 years of experience in finishing works, interior fit-out, or construction projects

  • Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong site supervision and coordination skills
