Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all finishing works on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports on work progress, resources used, and any challenges faced.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in finishing works within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in managing finishing trades, such as drywall, painting, and flooring.
  • Certifications in safety management or construction supervision are highly desirable.
