Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Top Sealer to lead wood finishing and painting team in Bahrain. As a Finishing Foreman/Top Sealer, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and leading a team of workers. If you have a strong background in wood finishing and painting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail

- Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and training as needed

- Mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools

- Ensure compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

- Diploma or 12th pass

- 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

- Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures

- GCC experience required
