Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all finishing activities on site including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and other architectural works.

Coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, workers, and other site engineers.

Review shop drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation as per approved standards.

Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution of tasks in line with the project schedule.

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.

Assist in preparing material requests, inspections, and site documentation.

Solve technical issues related to finishing activities on site.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the site at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

4 15 years of hands-on experience in site execution and finishing works.

Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Familiarity with site management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Good in English
