Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceilings, partitions, joinery, aluminum, glass, and other architectural finishes.

  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements related to finishing works.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution of works.
  • Monitor material quality, workmanship, and adherence to project standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, challenges, or risks.
  • Inspect and approve completed works to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times on site.
  • Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure closure of punch points before handover.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of finishing materials and verify quantities on site.
  • Support project managers in achieving timely completion and high-quality finishing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • 4 years of relevant experience in finishing works for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction finishing materials and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus).
