Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
One Sixty One Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finishing Site Engineer to oversee and execute high-end interior finishing works across residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess superior technical knowledge, project coordination capabilities, and a deep understanding of interior construction standards to deliver exceptional quality finishes that align with the company s premium design ethos.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically in finishing works for interior or exterior projects.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site management software.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site as required by project demands.
- Owning a Car is a must
