We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Site Engineer to oversee and manage all site activities related to the finishing phase of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works at the project site, ensuring adherence to specifications and drawings.
• Inspect and monitor finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, and other final works.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Verify and ensure the quality of materials used for finishing works.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing works supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
