The company was established in 2003 and has its headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Another division, known as Fire Bird Distribution FZE, was started in 2006 as a distributor of IT and consumer electronics products. The group has branches in CIS and GCC like Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

They have received various awards and recognitions for their services like Best Performance by AOC in 2011, Certificate of Authorized Distribution by MMD Singapore in 2012 and Certification of Distributorship by Samsung in 2016 among others.
