Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets within the fire detection market, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of sales effectiveness and team collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including end-users, consultants, and contractors, to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and industry events, proactively expanding the customer base and market penetration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation of business knowledge.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) or equivalent fire protection certifications, showcasing industry expertise.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the fire detection or related security industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of fire detection technologies, including fire alarm systems, suppression systems, and relevant codes and standards.
