Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to fires, accidents, floods, bomb incidents, and hazardous material spills.
  • Perform search, rescue, and firefighting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Operate emergency response vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, hoses, pumps, foam generators, and nozzles.
  • Conduct salvage and overhaul operations to minimize property damage.
  • Participate in station drills and emergency procedures training.
  • Respond to hazardous material emergencies in accordance with safety requirements.
  • Perform all duties of interior structural firefighting.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree highly desired.
  • Western contractors: Minimum 1 year of firefighting experience required; Foreign Nationals (FNs): no prior experience required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work under adverse and hazardous conditions.
  • Flexibility to relocate or respond on short notice to emergency situations.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
