Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Firefighting Technician
Technical skills
- Knowledge of fire safety systems (SSI)
- Mastery of hydraulic equipment (pumps, fire networks)
- Reading plans and technical diagrams
- Notions in electricity and automation
- Knowledge of fire safety standards
Behavioral skills
- Rigour and sense of responsibility
- Responsiveness in an emergency
- Good interpersonal skills and pedagogy
- Diploma: TS / BTS / T in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, HSE or equivalent
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience desired in a similar position (beginner accepted according to profile)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Install and commission fire safety equipment:
- Extinguishers
- RIA (Fire Hydrants)
- Fire detection systems
- Sprinklers
- Dry and wet columns
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Diagnose malfunctions and ensure repairs
- Write intervention reports and control sheets
